Capital City Real Estate, LLC City Real Estate, in a joint venture with Pennington Partners & Co., has broken ground on The Mill, a 281-unit community in Charlotte, NC.
The five-story apartment community will offer thoughtfully designed and well-appointed studio, One-, and Two-bedroom residences. The Mill’s design was inspired by the rich character of the historic textile mill villages this area was known for. Residents will be treated to best-in-class amenities that include co-working spaces, a wellness center, clubhouse, pool and sky lounge with city skyline views.
The Mill is located in the heart of the NoDa arts district and is proximate to the Cross Charlotte trail and walking distance to the Sugar Creek Station on the Lynx Light Rail Line. The Mill is also adjacent to Capital City’s Sablewood community, which consists of 109 build-to-rent townhomes that will deliver this year.
