The Grace: Success at an Unprecedented Pace

One of our most recent successes here at CCRE was the development of The Grace. Located in the heart of historic Georgetown, this 7-unit boutique complex was unique in that it gave the rare opportunity to live in a newly constructed building in Georgetown. It features 1 and 2 BR upscale units with contemporary luxury amenities, such as pre-wired sound systems throughout each unit, while maintaining the historic character of Georgetown with its brick exterior. CCRE was able to create a modern vibe without sacrificing our green living standards. Each unit was home to eco-friendly hardwood floors, Energy Star appliances, and superior insulation to reduce heating and cooling costs, just to name a few of the green amenities offered.

While CCRE anticipated the property would sell quickly due its modern, classic feel and its premier location, The Grace was a supreme success. After accepting offers from clients, The Grace sold out in it entirety during its pre-sale phase.

The success of the Grace, as well as many other developments, has prompted us at CCRE to tackle the construction of larger complexes. Most notably in the pipeline is the Adams Morgan property aptly named The Morgan, 301 H Street condos, and Apex, a Columbia Heights triangularly shaped gem. At 40, 25, and 20 units respectively, these projects are considerably more expansive and are proving that CCRE has cornered the DC boutique condo market. The Grace is merely one example of how CCRE helps its clients actualize their dreams of owning a luxury property in the heart of the district. We are so pleased with the community support we have received, and are looking forward to a prosperous future.
